PROSKAUER ROSE (New York): Joseph Leccese, partner and co-head of the firm’s sports law group, has been elected chairman of the firm, succeeding Allen Fagin. Leccese will assume office in January 2011. He will also maintain his practice representing sports teams, leagues and sports lenders in corporate, finance and transactional matters.
