The American Society of Legal History has awarded Georgetown University Law Center professor Daniel Ernst the 2010 Surrency Prize for his article, titled “The Politics of Administrative Law: New York’s Anti-Bureaucracy Clause and the O’Brian-Wagner Campaign of 1938.” The award is given annually to the author of the best article published in the society’s Law and History Review in the previous year.
