Stephen Kemp and Elliot Kemp v. Paul Jensen; John Saringer; and Wagstaff, Alvis, Stubbeman, Seamster & Longacre, L.L.P

In this legal malpractice suit, Stephen and Elliot Kemp sued Paul Jensen; John Saringer; and Wagstaff, Alvis, Stubbeman, Seamster & Longacre (collectively the attorneys), alleging causes of action for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. The trial court granted the attorneys' traditional summary judgment motions and entered a take-nothing judgment. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Eastland Court of Appeals, No. 11-09-00052-CV, 12-02-2010
