The Hispanic Lobbyists Association has appointed five Washington attorneys to its 2011 slate of officers and board members.

Cristina Antelo, a principal at the Podesta Group, will serve as president. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Annie Chavez of the United States Telecom Association will serve as treasurer. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law. The new board includes Estuardo Rodriguez of The Rabin Group, who earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law; Brandon Declet of McAllister & Quinn, who earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center; and Susie Santana of AT&T Inc., who earned her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
