Habib earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Carmen McLean, 34, is a member of the trial practice and focuses her practice on antitrust litigation. Previously, she was an associate at the firm. McLean earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Sara Pikofsky, 40, is a member of the employee benefits and executive compensation practice and focuses her practice on Employee Retirement Income Security Act litigation. Previously, she was of counsel to the firm. Pikofsky earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Yong Choi, 49, is a member of the intellectual property and technology practice and focuses his practice on patent issues related to electronic, electrical and mechanical fields. He earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. David Folds, 44, is a member of the litigation practice and focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, commercial and retail landlords, franchisors, trade creditors and other entities in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Valerie Hayes, 40, is a member of the intellectual property and technology practice and focuses her practice on patent issues related to electronic, electrical and mechanical disciplines, including client counseling, the drafting of patent applications and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
