Constellation Brands Inc. is one of the leading producers and marketers of alcoholic beverages and the largest wine company in the world. Constellation Wines U.S. and Vincor Canada produce, market and sell wine, spirits and specialty beverages in North America. Constellation International does the same elsewhere in the world. Crown Imports, a joint venture with Grupo Modelo SAB de C.V., is the business unit for beer brands. Constellation’s brands include Black Velvet Canadian Whisky, Svedka vodka, and Clos du Bois and Wild Horse wines.
Constellation Brands Inc. reported annual revenues in 2010 of nearly $3.4 billion and says it operates about 30 wineries and other facilities. It is listed at No. 578 on the Fortune 1,000.
