BINGHAM MCCUTCHEN: Daniel Saunders joins the firm’s white-collar investigations and enforcement practice group as partner in the Santa Monica, Calif., office and will focus on complex business litigation; white-collar, regulatory and compliance matters; and internal investigations. Previously, Saunders was an assistant U.S. attorney in Los Angeles, where he served as deputy chief of the violent and organized crime section.
