Integro Ltd. is a six-year-old insurance brokerage that pitches itself as an alternative to “big-box” brokers, designed to provide Fortune 1,000 companies and other large businesses with complex insurance packages. The company has annual revenue of more than $85 million and 345 employees. Headquarters are in New York. Integro laid off a quarter of its work force during the recession, but, according to General Counsel William Costantini, the employment trend is improving.

LEGAL TEAM AND OUTSIDE COUNSEL

Costantini leads a two-lawyer office; his deputy, a former general counsel of the New York State Department of Insurance, serves as chief compliance officer. A paralegal completes the staff. A new hire would need experience in insurance and corporate law. “Successful candidates are hard-working, share a willingness to roll up their sleeves and work very hard and very smart,” he said.
