Martin Cunniff, 49, joins Arent Fox’s Washington office as a partner in the litigation practice group. He focuses on business litigation and securities fraud class actions. Previously, he was co-chairman of Howrey’s commercial litigation and trial group. Cunniff earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Robert Ehrlich Jr., 53, has joined King & Spalding’s Washington office as senior counsel to the government advocacy and public policy practice group. He focuses on advising clients on issues related to the federal government. Previously, he was a partner at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice. Ehrlich is a former Maryland governor and U.S. representative. He earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
