ALSTON & BIRD (Atlanta): David Venderbush joins the firm’s products liability practice as counsel to the New York office. He will focus on complex litigation involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products and environmental toxins. Previously, Venderbush was counsel to Dechert.
BRACEWELL & GIULIANI (Houston): Michael Hefter and Stan Chelney join the firm as litigation partners in the New York office. Hefter will focus on complex commercial litigation matters, including securities and mergers and acquisitions. Chelney will focus on complex commercial litigation, including contracts and torts. Previously, Hefter and Chelney were partners at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
