Three attorneys have joined Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Washington office. Jacqueline Grise, 40, has joined as a partner in the antitrust practice group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, antitrust counseling and other nonmerger matters. Previously, Grise was a partner at Howrey. She earned her J.D. from New England School of Law.

M.J. Moltenbrey, 51, has joined as a partner in the antitrust practice group. Moltenbrey represents clients before federal and state governments and in federal courts on issues including mergers, civil and criminal conduct cases, and administrative proceedings. Previously, she was a partner at Howrey. Moltenbrey earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
