Brad Berry, 47, has joined Baker Botts’ Washington office as a partner in the global projects practice. He focuses his practice on Dodd-Frank Act regulations and investigations and enforcement actions. Previously, Berry was deputy general counsel for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He earned his J.D from Yale Law School.
Brett Freedson, 35, has joined Eckert Seamans’ Washington office as a member of the utilities and communication practice. She focuses her practice on representing public utilities in contract negotiations with cable and telecommunications providers and advising telecommunications and technology companies. Previously, she was counsel to Bracewell & Giuliani. Freedson earned her J.D. from George Washington School of Law.
