She focuses her practice on regulatory issues in the electric utility and natural gas pipeline industries. Previously, she was the sole partner at the Law Office of Julia E. Sullivan. Sullivan earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
Abbe Lowell, 59, has joined Chadbourne & Parke’s Washington and New York offices as a partner and head of the white-collar defense and special litigation and investigations practice group. He focuses his practice on complex investigations, criminal and civil trials, appeals and government investigations. Previously, Lowell was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
