CAHILL GORDON & REINDEL (New York): Jennifer Ezring joins the firm’s finance practice as partner and will focus on advising commercial and investment banks in leveraged finance transactions. Previously, Ezring was a partner at Latham & Watkins.
CROWELL & MORING (Washington): Paul Pollock and Jeffrey Selman join the firm’s corporate group as partners. Pollock will practice in the firm’s New York office and will focus on middle-market private-equity mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Selman joins the firm’s San Francisco office and will focus on advising emerging and middle-market public and private technology and life sciences companies and investors. Previously, Pollock was a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman and Selman was a partner at Nixon Peabody.
