Ralph Johnson, 62, and Lynn McKay, 45, have joined King & Spalding’s Washington office as counsel to the energy and environmental practices. They will focus their practice on radiation litigation. Previously, Johnson and McKay were partners at Blank Rome. Johnson earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and McKay earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington.

MAYER BROWN

Richard Rosenfeld, 42, has joined Mayer Brown’s Washington and New York offices as co-head of the securities litigation and enforcement group. Previously, he served as chief investigative counsel in the Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Before that, he was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Rosenfeld earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
