Suzanne Dugan, 47, has joined Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll as of counsel and will head a new fiduciary and ethics consulting practice. Dugan splits her time between the firm’s Washington and New York offices. Previously, she was special counsel for ethics to the New York state comptroller. She earned her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University.
Sheldon Klein, 55, has joined Gray Plant Mooty’s Washington office as a partner in the firm’s trademark and franchise and distribution practices. Previously, Klein was a partner at Arent Fox. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
