Before RILEY, Chief Judge, WOLLMAN and BYE, Circuit Judges.

Joe Bradley appeals his conviction by a jury of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), and 841(b)(1)(B), and distribution of a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C).
