BAKER & McKENZIE: Lloyd Winans joins the firm’s banking and finance group as partner in the New York office and will focus on advising domestic and foreign banking entities operating in the United States on regulatory structures. Previously, Winans was a partner at Alston & Bird. Additionally, Bryce Linsenmayer joins the firm’s global corporate and securities practice in the Houston office and will focus on securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Linsenmayer was a partner at Haynes and Boone.
