Previously, Pierce was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Additionally, Chris Dickerson joins the firm’s corporate and finance practice as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and insolvency matters.
