KILPATRICK TOWNSEND & STOCKTON (Atlanta): Julie Bahret joins the firm’s real estate finance and capital markets team as counsel to the San Francisco office and will focus on representing institutional lenders in servicing matters, workouts, assumptions and originations. Previously, Bahret was coordinator of modified/rehabilitated loans at Wells Fargo N.A. Before that, she was senior counsel to Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis.
 

BARNES & THORNBURG (Indianapolis): Jonathan Wight joins the firm’s entertainment and music practice group as of counsel to the Los Angeles office. He will focus on representing entertainment and media clients in joint ventures and tax-advantaged financings, and the acquisition and disposition of film and media content. Previously, Wight worked as a solo practitioner.
