After a fierce, seven-year court fight against competitor Mattel Inc., Bratz doll manufacturer MGA Entertainment Inc. won a $310 million judgment, one third of which was attorney fees. The battle now brews over who gets those fees.

In requesting fees, MGA identified billing invoices from law firms that worked on the Bratz case, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom; Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and O’Melveny & Myers.
