DYKEMA GOSSETT: Debra Clark joins the firm’s corporate finance practice as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on representing financial institutions in middle-market, asset-based lending and investment-grade financing transactions. Previously, Clark was a partner at SNR Denton.
DLA PIPER: Frank Sheeder III joins the firm’s health care compliance and enforcement practice as chairman in the Dallas office, and will focus on complex health care litigation and regulatory compliance. Previously, Sheeder was a partner at Jones Day. Additionally, Lisa Jacobs and Jacqueline Hodes join the firm’s corporate and finance practice as partners. Jacobs will reside in the Philadelphia office and will focus on domestic and international corporate finance, fund formation and operations. Hodes will reside in the Miami office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private-equity transactions and general corporate matters. Previously, Jacobs was a partner at Pepper Hamilton and Hodes was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
