His practice involves patent litigation, IP due diligence and transactions research. Previously, he served as counsel for geophysical services company WesternGeco A.S. He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
Fred Krebs, 61, has joined Clearspire Service Co. as its strategic corporate counsel adviser. Previously, he was president of the Association of Corporate Counsel. He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
