KILPATRICK TOWNSEND & STOCKTON (Atlanta): Matthew Levin joins the firm’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring team as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on corporate restructurings and bankruptcy litigation. Previously, Levin was a partner at Alston & Bird.

CURTIS, MALLET-PREVOST, COLT & MOSLE (New York): Oliver Thum and Hans Utech join the firm’s international corporate group as partner and counsel, respectively, in the Frankfurt, Germany, office. Thum will focus on midmarket mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate restructurings. Utech will focus on tax issues. Previously, Thum was a partner at his own firm, Thum & Cie, and Utech was of counsel to the same firm.
