KRAMER LEVIN NAFTALIS & FRANKEL (New York): Noëlle Lenoir joins the firm as partner in the Paris office and will focus on French and European competition law and public business law. Previously, Lenoir was a partner at Jeantet et Associés. Before that, she served as the French minister of European affairs.
