FRIED, FRANK, HARRIS, SHRIVER & JACOBSON (New York): Carolyn Sng joins the firm’s corporate practice as partner in the Hong Kong office and will focus on complex capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private-equity transactions. Previously, Sng was a partner at Herbert Smith.
HOGAN LOVELLS: Francis Monaco joins the firm’s global corporate practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on insurance and reinsurance transactions and regulatory matters. Previously, Monaco was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf. Additionally, Peter Humphreys and Evan Koster join the firm’s finance practice as partners in the New York office. Humphreys will focus on securitizations in a variety of areas and on structured capital transactions for banks and insurance companies. Koster will focus on derivatives and structured financial transactions. Previously, Humphreys was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery and Koster was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
