CHAPMAN ARRIVES IN D.C. WITH NEW OFFICE
Chicago-based Chapman and Cutler announced last week the opening of a new Washington office, which will be started with the acquisition of six finance lawyers from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Craig Fishman, Rachel George, Felicia Graham, Doug Madsen, Mike Mitchell and Mark Riccardi all join as partners in the Washington office. Chapman chief executive partner Timothy Mohan said the firm had been eyeing the expansion to Washington for a couple of years. He said the firm had eyed a number of practice groups before acquiring the Orrick team.
