When Rivkin Radler decided to renovate its 85,000-square-foot headquarters in the New York City suburb of Uniondale, N.Y., on Long Island three years ago, firm leaders opted to throw tradition out the window and aim for a more contemporary look.
The firm ended up with a sleek and airy reception area, bold color scheme and mod furniture tucked into what the attorneys have dubbed “huddle rooms,” where they can meet in small groups to talk business or sit and relax.
