McGlinchey Stafford (New Orleans): Ali Hedayatifar joins the firm’s commercial litigation section as an associate in the Dallas office. Hedayatifar will focus his practice on commercial litigation and consumer financial services matters, defending lending institutions, credit unions, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers regarding claims arising from mortgage lending, foreclosure, commercial contracts and real estate. Hedayatifar received his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2009.
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton (Atlanta): Laura Rashedi Buller joins the firm as an associate on the global sourcing and technology team in the corporate finance and real estate department. Buller will focus her practice on commercial and outsourcing transactions and technology licensing. Previously, she was an associate at Schiff Hardin. Buller received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2009.

Podhurst Orseck (Miami): John Gravante III has been promoted to partner at the firm. Gravante focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class action cases and personal injury matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002.
