Previously, Cotterill was chief of staff and corporation counsel for the city of Indianapolis under Mayor Gregory Ballard.

Baker & Hostetler: Garrett Cornelison joins the firm’s international trade and compliance practice group as partner in the Houston office and will focus on international trade laws and regulations. Previously, Cornelison was in-house legal and compliance counsel for McDermott International Inc.
