Baker & McKenzie: Karyn Koiffman joins the firm as partner in the New York office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, reorganizations, commercial contracts and related corporate matters. Previously, Koiffman was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
Dorsey & Whitney: Bryon Benevento, Dan Larsen and Kimberly Neville join the firm’s trial group as partners in the Salt Lake City office. Benevento will focus on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and products liability defense. Larsen will focus on products liability defense, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and government law. Neville will focus on products liability, health care and commercial litigation. Previously, Benevento, Larsen and Neville were partners at Snell & Wilmer.
