MIAMI PNC Bank has agreed to pay $90 million to settle a class action accusing the bank of manipulating its customers’ debit card transactions to generate more overdraft fees.
The case was part of multidistrict litigation involving more than 30 banks. U.S. District Senior Judge James Lawrence King must approve the settlement.
