Julie Petruzzelli, 55, has joined Baker & McKenzie’s Washington office as a partner in the intellectual property practice group. She focuses her practice on litigating IP cases in the chemical, pharmaceutical, electrical, mechanical and medical-device industries. Previously, she was a partner at Venable. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Thomas Harman, 55, W. John McGuire, 54, and Christopher Menconi, 44, have joined Bingham McCutchen’s Washington office as partners in the investment management practice group. The trio focus their practice on representing mutual funds, business development companies, closed-end funds, private investment companies and exchange-traded funds. They were formerly partners at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Harman, McGuire and Menconi earned their J.D.s from the University of Virginia School of Law, Washburn University School of Law and Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, respectively.
