Asbury Automotive Group Inc. is the fifth-largest public automotive retailer in the United States. The company oversees approximately 80 dealerships operating 100 auto franchises in a dozen states, extending from Princeton, N.J., to Austin, Texas. Its network sells 30 brands of American, European and Asian cars and trucks, both new and used, and services 4,000 vehicles per day. The company also provides parts, collision repair, financing and insurance.

Asbury was founded in 1995, employs more than 6,500 people and is based in the Atlanta suburb of Duluth, Ga. Revenues in excess of $4 billion in 2011 have driven the company to the No. 537 position on the Fortune 1,000.
