NEW YORK — Seiko Epson Corp. has agreed to pay $150 million to settle antitrust claims brought by Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc., the company announced on July 31.

Motorola had argued that Epson’s participation in an alleged conspiracy to fix liquid crystal display (LCD) prices drove up the price of Motorola cellphones.
