Bradley Arant Boult Cummings (Bir­mingham, Ala.): T. Rich­ard Roberson Jr. joins the firm’s health care practice as counsel to the Jackson, Miss., office and will focus on representing clients in the health care industry on issues related to reimbursement, licensure, regulatory matters and government relations. Previously, Roberson was special assistant to the executive director of the Office of the Governor, Division of Medicaid, for the state of Mississippi.
 

Choate, Hall & Stewart (Boston): Michael Dube joins the firm’s securities litigation and major commercial litigation groups as partner and will focus on representing companies and individuals in securities litigation concerns. Previously, Dube was counsel to Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.
