Marlon Paz, 41, has joined Locke Lord as partner in the Washington office. He focuses his practice on securities matters, business litigation, white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. Previously, he was principal integrity officer at the Inter-American Development Bank. He received his J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
