NEW YORK — A claimant to half of Facebook Inc. has been ordered to pay $96,141 in attorney fees, expenses and costs related to the late-hour cancellations of seven scheduled depositions.

Paul Ceglia contends he co-developed the social networking company with Mark Zuckerberg and is entitled to 50 percent of the proceeds. Zuckerberg claims that a purported contract and other documents cited by Ceglia were forged.
