Pinkney, a member of the government contractor services and commercial litigation practices, focuses on government contracting and national security aspects of business transactions. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Schoenhard, a partner in the intellectual property practice, focuses on patent litigation and prosecution, and opinion work in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and health industries. She earned her J.D. from Duke Law School.
