Carter Ledyard & Milburn (New York): Pamela Mann joins the firm’s trusts and estates department as partner and chairwoman of the tax-exempt organizations group. She will focus on representing tax-exempt organizations in governance, regulatory, tax and general corporate matters. Previously, she was founder of the Mann Legal Group.
Jenner & Block (Chicago): George Freeman joins the firm’s content, media and entertainment practice as of counsel to the New York office and will focus on First Amendment litigation and matters regarding media law, intellectual property and other business issues. Previously, Freeman was vice president and assistant general counsel at The New York Times Co.
