Bennett Borden, 44, and Jay Brudz, 43, have joined Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Washington office as partners in the commercial litigation practice group and co-chairmen of the information governance and electronic discovery practice. Previously, they were partners at Williams Mullen, where they co-chaired the electronic discovery and information-governance section. Borden earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Brudz earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
