Mary Beth Buchanan, 50, joins Bryan Cave’s New York and Washington offices as a partner in the firm’s white-collar defense and securities litigation and enforcement client service group. She will focus on, among other areas, internal investigations and enforcement matters. Buchanan joins Bryan Cave from the United Nations, where she served as the Ethics and Reputational Risk Officer. Buchanan earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

MORRISON & FOERSTER

John Good, 55, and Justin Salon, 35, join Morrison & Foerster’s Washington office as partners in the firm’s corporate finance practice. They both focus on corporate governance and finance matters, with an emphasis on real estate investment trusts and business development companies. Good and Salon join Morrison & Foerster from Bass, Berry & Sims. Salon earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and Good earned his J.D. from University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
