MIAMI — A federal bankruptcy judge has granted a 30 percent charging lien for legal fees against the companies of Miami Beach businessman Ira Sochet, who invested in ex-law firm chairman Scott Rothstein’s Ponzi scheme.

The Sochet companies were apportioned a $20 million share of disbursements from the Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler bankruptcy reorganization approved in July.
