Sean Mulcahy, 45, has joined Morrison & Foerster as of counsel to the firm’s corporate finance practice in the Washington office. Mulcahy, who joins the firm from Arbitron Inc., focuses on corporate and securities matters for public companies. He earned his J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law.
