A top U.S. Department of Justice lawyer today pitched forging a greater bond between the government and the pharmaceutical industry to better combat health care fraud.
In remarks at the CBI Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress, Stuart Delery, the assistant attorney general for the Civil Division, touted the importance of an “ethical corporate culture,” corporate compliance as a key business strategy, and transparency in fraud cases.
