Matthew Lepore, most recently corporate secretary and chief governance counsel at Pfizer Inc., has joined the legal department of BASF Corp., the North American affiliate of BASF SE, as general counsel.
Lepore works from BASF’s Florham Park, N.J., headquarters, replacing David Stryker, now general counsel at Huntsman Corp. In his new job, Lepore oversees approximately 100 lawyers from Mexico to Michigan. “There’s a lot for me to learn from the great colleagues that are on this team,” he said.
