Additionally, Samantha Gallagher joins the firm’s corporate and securities group and real estate practice as partner and will represent underwriters and issuers in debt and equity securities offering. Previously, Gallagher was partner at Bass, Berry & Sims. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
