The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit on Feb. 11 upheld the conviction of a New York man who defrauded the federal government.
Jerome Rabinowitz, charged in the Southern District of Ohio, was convicted on charges that included mail fraud, money laundering and false statements.
