The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to re-enter Second Amendment gun controversies when it turned away two challenges brought by the National Rifle Association.

The justices, without comment, declined to review two decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit that upheld both a federal law barring federally licensed gun dealers from selling handguns to individuals younger than 21, and a Texas law prohibiting individuals aged 18 to 20 from carrying concealed weapons.
