For the second year in a row, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr generated gross revenue of more than $1 billion in 2013, as profits per partner increased by 2.7 percent to $1.5 million, according to our reporting.
While that revenue held steady from last year, Wilmer’s net income grew by 3 percent, from $432 million to $445 million. Headcount grew from 961 to 988 lawyers overall, while the firm added only one equity partner for a total of 297 partners. Revenue per lawyer dipped by 3.1 percent in 2013, to $1.085 million.
